I'm Tori. Born and raised in Amsterdam, I now live and work in London. I am doing a PhD at University College London.
For someone with scientific interest, baking is the perfect hobby. It's all about methodology and accuracy. Although I have to admit, I often think I can just wing it - sometimes it works, other times it doesn't.
I have worked in restaurants, as front of house but also in the kitchen as an assistant baker. I love gastronomy, which was why I pursued my wine education leading to a certificate in Wines and Spirits Level 3.
